L’outil pour avoir un grip de gorille

Nouveau matos pour developper le grip, la poigne. Les muscles stabilisateurs des poignets. Se muscler les avants bras et dechirer vos manches de chemises, évidement pour arriver à ca par contre va falloir rouler comme un psychopath. Voici l’enrouleur.
